Oven Fried Chicken
- 4 pounds chicken drumsticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil (divided)
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Italian Medley
- 1 teaspoon Weber roasted garlic & herb seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Place chicken drumsticks in a large bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.
- Add the seasonings and mix well using to your hands to thoroughly coat the chicken.
- Line a baking sheet with foil, and add 1 tbsp olive oil, and brush on evenly with a pastry brush.
- Line the drumsticks on the pan.
- Bake at 425* for 25 minutes, flip the chicken, and bake another 25 minutes.
