Oven Fried Chicken

  1. Place chicken drumsticks in a large bowl and drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Add the seasonings and mix well using to your hands to thoroughly coat the chicken.
  3. Line a baking sheet with foil, and add 1 tbsp olive oil, and brush on evenly with a pastry brush.
  4. Line the drumsticks on the pan.
  5. Bake at 425* for 25 minutes, flip the chicken, and bake another 25 minutes.
