Pork Chops With Stuffing
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 c. celery, chopped
- 10 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. sage
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 c. hot water
- 6 pork chops
- salt and pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- Saute together butter, onion and celery.
- Remove from heat. Combine onion and celery mixture in a bowl with bread crumbs, parsley flakes, salt, sage, pepper and hot water.
- Mix lightly. Spread mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper and arrange on top of stuffing.
- Spoon soup over chops.
- Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
