Pork Chops With Stuffing

  1. Saute together butter, onion and celery.
  2. Remove from heat. Combine onion and celery mixture in a bowl with bread crumbs, parsley flakes, salt, sage, pepper and hot water.
  3. Mix lightly. Spread mixture in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
  4. Season pork chops with salt and pepper and arrange on top of stuffing.
  5. Spoon soup over chops.
  6. Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour or until chops are tender.
