Mediterranean Meatball Tacos With Tzatziki, Feta And Arugula

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground beef with the next 9 ingredients. Shape into 24 small meatballs (approximately 1-inch diameter).
  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake at 375 degrees for 20 - 25 minutes, or until done.
  3. In the meantime, heat flour tortillas on a comal or in a heavy skillet. Keep warm.
  4. Serve 3 meatballs in a flour tortilla. Top with Tzatziki sauce, crumbled feta cheese, arugula and fresh dill.
  5. Mix all ingredients and refrigerate until ready to use. This sauce is better if made the day before to allow flavors to develop.
