Sandwich A La Maria(Great For School Lunch.)

  1. Cut bread slices with 3-inch doughnut cutter to make 12 rounds. Tear remaining bread into 1-inch pieces and arrange in greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle cheeses, ham and green onion over bread pieces. Arrange bread rounds over cheese/ham layer.
  2. Combine milk, eggs, parsley and mustard.
  3. Pour over bread and cheese layers. Seal and chill at least 1 hour.
  4. Bake, uncovered, at 325u0b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
  5. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
  6. Serves 12.
