Fruit And Nut Cranberry Relish

  1. Coarsely chop cranberries, apple and orange in food grinder or food processor.
  2. Stir in sugar, salt and cinnamon; set aside.
  3. Cook raisins and apricots in 1/2 cup water over medium heat until raisins are plump (about 5 to 10 minutes); drain.
  4. Stir raisins, apricots, pecans and liqueur (if desired) into relish.
  5. Refrigerate overnight to blend flavors.
  6. Store refrigerated; keeps well (about 2 weeks).
  7. Makes about 1 quart relish.
  8. Serve with poultry or ham.
