Sausage Roll-Ups

  1. Heat oven to 400u0b0.
  2. Mix Bisquick mix and water until soft dough forms.
  3. Beat 25 strokes.
  4. Smooth dough into ball on floured cloth-covered board.
  5. Knead 5 to 8 times.
  6. Roll dough in rectangle, 15 x 9-inches.
  7. Brush with margarine.
  8. Mix cheese and Italian seasoning.
  9. Sprinkle over buttered pastry.
  10. Cut dough into 15 (3-inch) squares.
  11. Place a sausage on each square.
  12. Roll up. Pinch dough to seal.
  13. Cut each roll into 3 pieces.
  14. Place seam side down on ungreased cookie sheet.
  15. Bake approximately 15 minutes or until golden brown.
  16. Can be served as is or arranged around a dish of your favorite mustard and served with toothpicks.
