Frogmore Stew

  1. Fill large container of a propane cooker halfway with water; add 1/4 cup Old Bay seasoning.
  2. Bring to a boil.
  3. Add potatoes; return to boil and cook 10 minutes.
  4. Add sausage and corn; return to boil.
  5. Cook 10 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  6. Add shrimp; cook 3 to 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
  7. Remove with slotted spoon onto serving platter or newspaper-lined table.
  8. Serve with additional Old Bay seasoning and cocktail sauce.
  9. (May be coked indoors in large Dutch oven on cook top surface over high heat.)
  10. Yield:
  11. 12 servings.
