Avocado Toast

  1. mix all dry ingredients in a small loaf pan
  2. add oil and about 1/4cup of water to make very moist, mix well until the dough is very thick, do not pack tight
  3. leave it on the counter over night, it should expand just a little bit and bind together
  4. bake for 20 minutes in 350 degrees
  5. remove loaf from the pan and bake another 20-30 minutes on a cookie rack
  6. let it cool completely before slicing

  8. Mash & mix avocado with salt, pepper & lime juice
  9. Spread over the toast
