Lattice Top Chicken Pie
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 c. chopped chicken
- 1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower, thawed and drained
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
- 1 (4 oz.) can crescent rolls
- Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken and vegetables with 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 can onions.
- Place in baking dish.
- Bake covered at 375u0b0 for 20 minutes.
- Unwrap crescent rolls.
- Separate into two triangles.
- Press together perforated cuts.
- Cut each square into 3 strips.
- Place strips on top to form lattice top.
- Bake uncovered 15 minutes.
- Top lattice with remaining cheese and onions after the 15 minutes and bake uncovered 3 to 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
