Cocoa Brownie Drops

  1. Beat softened margarine at medium speed of an electric mixer until creamy.
  2. Gradually add sugars, beating well.
  3. Add egg substitute, 1/4 cup at a time, beating well after each addition. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cocoa.
  4. Add to margarine mixture, stirring just until blended.
  5. Stir in miniature chocolate chips.
  6. Drop cookie dough by level teaspoon, 2-inches apart onto ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake at 375u0b0 for 6 minutes.
  8. Remove from cookie sheets and let cool on wire racks.
  9. Yields 4 dozen.
