Four Layer Chocolate Delight

  1. Mix together flour, sugar, 1/2 c. nuts and margarine.
  2. Spray the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 in. baking dish with cooking spray and spread crust in bottom.
  3. Bake for 15 min at 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar together to form second layer.
  4. Spread over cooled bottom layer.
  5. Follow directions on pudding box using 2 3/4 cups milk instead of 4 cups as called for.
  6. Spread over second layer.
  7. Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining nuts for fourth layer. Refrigerate.
