Four Layer Chocolate Delight
- 1/4 c. Brown Sugar
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 c. Chopped Nuts (optional)
- 1/4 lb. Margarine, melted
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese
- 1 (16 oz.) container Cool Whip
- 1 c. Powdered Sugar
- 2 (3 oz.) pkgs. Instant Chocolate Pudding
- 2 3/4 c. Milk
- Mix together flour, sugar, 1/2 c. nuts and margarine.
- Spray the bottom and sides of a 9 x 13 in. baking dish with cooking spray and spread crust in bottom.
- Bake for 15 min at 375 degrees. Combine cream cheese, 1 cup Cool Whip and powdered sugar together to form second layer.
- Spread over cooled bottom layer.
- Follow directions on pudding box using 2 3/4 cups milk instead of 4 cups as called for.
- Spread over second layer.
- Cover with remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle remaining nuts for fourth layer. Refrigerate.
