Sausage 'N' Cheese Skillet

  1. In large skillet, brown sausage; drain.
  2. Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook and stir until tender.
  3. Add tomatoes, juice, mushrooms, bouillon and seasonings; mix well.
  4. Simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes.
  5. Stir in 1/2 cup cheese; heat through. Serve with chips and remaining cheese.
  6. Refrigerate leftovers.
