Swiss Ring Around
- 1 c. cooked broccoli
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. soft margarine
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 3/4 c. shredded Swiss cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
- grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 c. chunk ham, chicken or turkey
- Heat oven to 350u0b0.
- In bowl combine parsley, onion, mustard, margarine and lemon juice; blend well.
- Add cheese, broccoli and meat; mix lightly; set aside.
- On greased cookie sheet arrange crescent roll triangles, points toward the outside.
- Bases of triangle should form a circle with bases overlapping.
- The center of circle should be about 3 inches in diameter.
- Spoon mixture evenly over base.
- Fold points of triangles over filling and tuck under bases.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350u0b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
