Microwave Chocolate Cheese Pie
- 1 graham crust
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 sq. (1 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 can (21 oz.) prepared cherry pie filling
- Place cream cheese in medium baking dish.
- Microwave at power High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes or until cream cheese softens.
- Add sugar, eggs and vanilla.
- Beat at low speed of electric mixer until blended.
- Set aside.
- Melt chocolate for 2 1/2 to 4 minutes or until chocolate is smooth when stirred.
- Add cream cheese and sour cream.
- Beat at low speed until smooth.
- Pour into prepared crust.
- Microwave on High for 12 to 15 minutes or until center is slightly set.
- Let stand for 10 minutes.
- Chill for 6 hours or until set.
- Top with cherry pie filling.
