Freezing Dough Bread

  1. Dissolve yeast in warm water.
  2. Add honey, molasses and melted butter.
  3. (Traditionally, you would add salt at this point. However, we've left the salt out of this recipe because American diets tend to contain unhealthfully high amounts of it.
  4. Unsalted bread has a different flavor from what may be accustomed to, a flavor some have come to prefer.
  5. If saltless bread is unappetizing to you, however, why not try cutting the amount you would ordinarily bake with in half?)
  6. Add powdered milk and flour, a few cups at a time, until you get a stiff dough.
  7. Turn out onto a lightly floured board and knead until smooth and elastic, about 10 minutes.
