Baked Fudge Pudding

  1. Heat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Mix the flour, granulated sugar, 2 tablespoons of cocoa, baking powder and salt in ungreased baking pan (9 x 9-inch).
  3. Mix milk, oil and vanilla with fork until smooth.
  4. Stir in nuts.
  5. Spread mixture evenly in pan.
  6. Sprinkle with brown sugar and 1/4 cup of cocoa.
  7. Pour hot water over batter.
  8. Bake 40 minutes.
  9. Let stand 15 minutes.
  10. Top is crusty and pudding on bottom is thickened.
