Braised Beef With Noodles

  1. Roll meat in flour, salt, pepper and paprika.
  2. Brown in heated cooking oil, using only enough to prevent sticking in pan.
  3. May only need 1/2 amount listed.
  4. Put meat in roasting pan.
  5. Cut onion in eighths, add to meat.
  6. Add V-8 juice, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  7. Cover.
  8. Bake at 350u0b0
  9. for 1 hour or until meat is tender.
  10. Add peas and cook 10 more minutes.
  11. Serve over cooked, buttered noodles.
  12. Sprinkle with cheese.
  13. Serves 4.
