Spicy Mexican Dip
- 3 large avocados
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 large can refried beans
- 1 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 1 Tbsp. garlic juice
- 1 large container sour cream
- 4 jalapenos (optional)
- 1 pkg. Doritos
- taco sauce
- 1 can ripe olives, pitted and chopped
- 3 chopped green onions
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 pkg. Cheddar cheese
- Combine refried beans, liquid smoke, chili powder and garlic juice.
- Place in the bottom of a large bowl.
- Mix avocados in a food processor until smooth.
- Add chili powder, mayonnaise and lemon juice.
- Place this mixture on top of the bean mixture.
- Place a layer of sour cream on the top of avocado mixture.
- Add grated Cheddar cheese, green onions, olives and jalapenos peppers on top. Chopped tomatoes can be added on top also.
- Pour taco sauce over top.
- Serve with Fritos or Doritos.
