Chicken Spaghetti
- 1 whole chicken, boiled and deboned (canned chicken works too)
- 1 lb. spaghetti
- 3-4 stalks celery; chopped
- 1 medium size onion; chopped
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 small can chopped ripe olives
- 1 large jar cheese whiz (16 oz.)
- 1 can pimento
- 1 can undiluted condensed cream of mushroom stems and pieces
- 1 tsp. lawry's seasoning salt (can substitute curry)
- salt and pepper to taste
- Boil chicken.
- Remove from broth, debone and dice.
- Add sufficient water to chicken broth to cook spaghetti until just tender.
- Drain spaghetti.
- Mix warm spaghetti with cheese whiz and all other ingredients until blended.
- Place in a 3-quart, greased casserole and warm in a 350u0b0 oven for about 25 minutes.
