Japanese Lighter Tso'S Chicken

  1. In a medium bowl, add chicken and {marinade} ingredients. Marinade for at least 20 min. (you can marinade up to overnight.)
  2. Add corn starch, and stir lightly so that the chicken is coated evenly.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add salad oil. Brown chicken on both sides. Add celery and bell pepper, and saute together. Add {sauce} ingredients, Heat and stir until the sauce becomes thicker. Turn off the burner
