Hash Brown Pie(Diabetic And Heart Healthy)

  1. Press thawed hash browns between paper towels to remove excess moisture.
  2. Press into bottom and up sides of ungreased 9-inch pie plate.
  3. Drizzle with melted margarine.
  4. Bake at 425u0b0 for 25 minutes.
  5. Combine ham, cheese and green pepper; spoon over crust. Mix eggs, milk and pepper.
  6. Pour over hash browns.
  7. Reduce heat to 350u0b0 and bake for 20 to 30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool 10 minutes before cutting.
  9. Serve with salsa.
  10. Serves 6.
