Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie
- 1 (9-inch) unbaked pastry shell
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 pkg. (3 oz.) cream cheese
- 1 container (8 oz.) Cool Whip
- 1/4 c. plus 2 Tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 c. confectioners sugar, sifted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. semi-sweet miniature chocolate morsels
- Prick bottom and sides of shell; bake 10 minutes at 425u0b0. Cool.
- Combine next seven ingredients; beat until blended.
- Pour mixture into shell; bake 30 minutes at 350u0b0.
- Remove from oven. Cool.
- Combine next five ingredients and beat until smooth.
- Spread over chocolate layer.
- Sprinkle with chocolate morsels.
- Chill well.
