Thai Beef With Noodles(30 Minutes)

  1. Combine sherry, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, sesame oil and pepper pods.
  2. Place beef steak in plastic bag; add marinade. Close bag securely and marinate 15 minutes. Pour off marinade; reserve.
  3. Heat nonstick skillet over medium heat 5 minutes.
  4. Add steak and cook 12 to 15 minutes for rare (140u0b0) to medium (160u0b0), turning once.
  5. Remove steak, keep warm.
  6. Dissolve 2 teaspoons cornstarch in reserved marinade and 1/4 cup water; add to skillet. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
  7. Stir in noodles.
  8. Carve steak into thin slices and serve over noodles.
  9. Sprinkle with green onion.
  10. Makes 4 servings.
