Millionaire Salad

  1. Place slightly beaten eggs in 2-quart saucepan.
  2. Add 1/4 cup lemon juice, sugar, oleo and marshmallows.
  3. Cook on medium heat, stirring constantly, until marshmallows dissolve.
  4. Cool.
  5. Sprinkle 1 tablespoon lemon juice over banana slices.
  6. Add bananas, pineapple, cherries and pecans to cooked mixture.
  7. Fold in whipped cream and pour in 3 1/2-quart mold or pan.
  8. Chill in refrigerator for at least 12 hours.
