Lasagna
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 2 1/2 c. tomatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 2 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
- 2 (12 oz.) cans V-8 juice
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
- 1 (12 oz.) carton cottage cheese
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
- 2 (4 oz.) pkg. grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
- Cook meat until brown.
- Add tomatoes, sauce, spaghetti mix and V-8 juice.
- Bring to a boil; turn stove down and simmer 10 minutes. Grease pan 17 x 9 x 4-inch.
- Cover with uncooked noodles and add a layer of meat sauce.
- Dot with cottage cheese.
- Use half the Mozzarella cheese.
- Repeat layers.
- Pour all remaining sauce on top.
- Sprinkle with Romano or Parmesan cheese.
- Cover with foil and seal edges.
- Bake 1 hour at 300u0b0.
