Broccoli Casserole

  1. Cook broccoli and onions until still crisp.
  2. Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
  3. Make cream sauce with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Stir in flour, then add milk.
  4. Stir over medium-high heat until starts to boil, then add cream cheese and stir until melted.
  5. Add Cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
  6. Pour over broccoli and onions; stir.
  7. Place American cheese over the top.
  8. Cover with foil.
  9. Cook for 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
  10. Remove foil and add bread crumbs over casserole.
  11. Bake another 30 minutes, uncovered.
