Broccoli Casserole
- 1 bag frozen broccoli cuts
- 1 bag frozen onions
- 2 small pkg. cream cheese
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices orange American cheese
- 2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- 4 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. bread crumbs with 2 Tbsp. butter
- Cook broccoli and onions until still crisp.
- Place in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.
- Make cream sauce with 2 tablespoons melted butter. Stir in flour, then add milk.
- Stir over medium-high heat until starts to boil, then add cream cheese and stir until melted.
- Add Cheddar cheese and stir until melted.
- Pour over broccoli and onions; stir.
- Place American cheese over the top.
- Cover with foil.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 375u0b0.
- Remove foil and add bread crumbs over casserole.
- Bake another 30 minutes, uncovered.
