Pumpkin Bread(Spicy Cake Type Bread)

  1. Cut
  2. pie pumpkin in half;
  3. scoop out seeds.
  4. Place, cut side down,
  5. on
  6. cookie
  7. sheet
  8. and
  9. bake at 375u0b0 for 40 to 50 minutes, until soft.
  10. Let
  11. cool; peel off skin, cube, mash and drain (or you can use one 18 ounce can of pumpkin pie mix; use lesser amounts of cinnamon
  12. and
  13. nutmeg
  14. if you use canned pie mix).
