Mexican Franks
- 10 tortillas
- 1 can (15 oz.) chili without beans
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 Tbsp. minced onions, divided
- 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 tsp. hot sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped chilies
- 10 frankfurters
- Combine chili,
- 1/4
- cup
- tomato
- sauce,
- onion and hot sauce. Place
- a
- frankfurter in center of each tortilla.
- Top with 2 tablespoons chili mixture.
- Roll up and place seam side down
- in lightly
- greased

- 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking dish. Repeat procedure with remaining tortillas; set aside.
- Combine remaining chili mixture and tomato sauce; pour over tortillas. Sprinkle with chilies.
- Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 25 minutes. Uncover
- and sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake 5 additional minutes. Yields 10 servings.
