Chicken La Orange

  1. Wash and dry chicken.
  2. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika. Roll pieces in flour.
  3. Place chicken in casserole.
  4. Sprinkle over with onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
  5. In saucepan, mix orange juice, sherry, brown sugar, salt and orange rind.
  6. Mix water and cornstarch.
  7. Stir into orange juice mixture.
  8. Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture thickens.
  9. Pour over chicken.
  10. Bake at 375u0b0 for 1 hour, uncovered.
