Deep Fried Wonton

  1. Combine
  2. meat,thoyu, sherry, sesame oil, salt, ginger and chives
  3. ortreen
  4. onion
  5. in
  6. a frying pan and saute over medium heat
  7. until
  8. meat
  9. is
  10. cooked.
  11. Place
  12. about
  13. a half a teaspoon of meat mixture in the center of a wonton skin.
  14. Fold in
  15. half to make a rectangle.
  16. Fold in half again, lengthwise. Bring
  17. the ends of the narrow rectangle together and press the corners
  18. ofthe first
  19. fold
  20. together, sealing with a dab of diluted
  21. egg mixture.
  22. (The

  24. wonton
  25. looks
  26. like
  27. a nurse's cap.) Deep fry until golden brown.
