Spicy Chicken Lee Kum Kee Tacos
- Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- .5 cups white onion
- 1 tablespoon diced jalapeno
- .5 cups chopped cilantro
- 10 flour tortillas
- lime wedge for garnish
- Marinade
- 2 tablespoons Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet & Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce, plus more for topping
- Place Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet & Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce into a bowl along with the chicken thighs. Mix around and let that marinate for a few hours in the fridge.
- When ready to cook, heat up grill to medium/high heat.
- Toss the chicken on the grill and cook for 10 minutes per side until crispy and cooked through. Take off the grill and let cool before finely chopping.
- Dice the onion and jalapeno pepper and chop the cilantro.
- Chop up the chicken thighs into small pieces.
- Warm flour tortillas and then make the tacos by adding the chopped chicken, onion, jalapeno and cilantro. Top with more Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Sweet & Spicy Grilling & Dipping Sauce and serve right away while hot with lime for garnish.
