Angel Hair Pasta With Crabmeat Sauce

  1. Saute mushrooms and onions in butter until tender.
  2. Add flour, stirring until smooth.
  3. Cook for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Gradually add half and half.
  4. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened and bubbly.
  5. Stir in pimiento, salt, mustard, red pepper and crabmeat.
  6. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated.
  7. Serve over pasta; sprinkle with paprika.
