Festive Chicken Spread

  1. Combine first 7 ingredients; beat at medium speed of electric mixer until smooth.
  2. Add chicken, eggs, green onions and green peppers.
  3. Stir well.
  4. Line a 1-quart mixing bowl or mold with plastic wrap.
  5. Spoon mixture into bowl.
  6. Press firmly with back of spoon.
  7. Cover and chill at least 4 hours.
  8. Invert bowl onto serving platter.
  9. Remove bowl and peel off plastic wrap.
  10. Garnish mound with toasted sesame seed, black olives and sweet red pepper. Serve with assorted crackers.
  11. Yield:
  12. 3 cups.
