One Pot Meal

  1. Dust ribs with flour; sprinkle with garlic salt.
  2. Brown in heated butter in heavy skillet.
  3. Layer potatoes in a lightly oiled 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle with salt, black pepper, onion and green pepper.
  5. Pour milk over vegetables; cover with corn.
  6. Top with browned ribs, covering vegetables in single layer.
  7. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 30 minutes.
  8. Remove cover; bake 30 minutes or until ribs and potatoes are done.
  9. Before serving, sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions.
