Apricot Delight

• 1 family size apricot Jell-O
• 2 c. hot water
• 2 c. cold water
• 1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 c. pecans, chopped
• 2 bananas, diced
• 1 c. miniature marshmallows
• 1/2 c. sugar
• 1 egg, beaten
• 4 oz. pkg. cream cheese
• 1/2 c. pineapple juice
• 2 Tbsp. butter
• 1 pkg. Dream Whip topping mix

1. Mix Jell-O, hot water and cold water until Jell-O is dissolved. Add pineapple, pecans, bananas and marshmallows.
2. Refrigerate until firm.
3. Mix Dream Whip topping mix according to package directions. Set aside.
4. Mix sugar, egg, juice and butter.
5. Cook until thick over medium heat.
6. Cool.
7. Stir in cream cheese.
8. Add custard mixture to Dream Whip mixture.
9. Spread over Jell-O and chill.
