Apple Torte

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Prepare an 8 x 12 or 9 x 13 pan with butter and flour.
  3. Core & peel apples. Slice into half moon shapes.
  4. Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy. rnAdd the vanilla.
  5. Add eggs, beating well after each addition.
  6. Add flour mixture to butter mixture. Mix until just blended.
