Honey-Orange Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 350u0b0.
  2. Beat the eggs with 2 teaspoons water. In another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs with spices.
  3. Dip chicken in egg mixture and then in breadcrumbs.
  4. Heat oil in skillet and brown chicken on all sides.
  5. Combine 1/4 cup honey, hot water and orange juice.
  6. Place chicken in casserole; pour in water, honey/orange juice mixture.
  7. Add ginger.
  8. Cover and simmer in oven for 45 minutes, basting occasionally.
