Ham-Swiss Cheese Buns(Power Level: Low, 30% And High, 100%)
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 1/4 c. grated onion
- 1/4 c. prepared mustard
- 1 Tbsp. poppy seed
- 6 large sandwich buns
- 12 slices boiled ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 medium tomato, sliced
- 1 c. catsup
- 1/4 c. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion salt
- dash of hot pepper sauce
- dash of garlic powder
- 2 c. shredded cooked roast beef or chipped ham
- 6 large sandwich buns
- Mix all ingredients except meat and buns in a 1-quart casserole.
- Microwave on High (100%) for 2 to 3 1/2 minutes or until boiling.
- Stir occasionally.
