Nutty Noodle Casserole

  1. Cook beef and onion until brown; add olives, soup, milk and salt.
  2. Cook wide noodles according to package directions; drain. Add to beef mixture.
  3. Place half the beef mixture in deep casserole; cover with cheese.
  4. Reserve 1/4 cup nuts; add remaining nuts to remaining beef mixture.
  5. Spread over cheese; cover.
  6. Bake in preheated 350u0b0
  7. oven for 30 minutes.
  8. Spread chow mein noodles over top; sprinkle with reserved nuts.
  9. Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes longer.
  10. Yields 8 to 10 servings.
