- 4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup FilMjolk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 55 Grams of butter
- Preheat Oven to 400F/200C. Line two baking Sheets with parchment paper and set aside.

- Take 2 tablespoons and coat in the cooking oil. Use the tablespoons to scoop and shape desired amount of the dough and place on the prepared baking sheets. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.rnrn Best served when warm with jelly/jam and a nice cup of tea!
