Easy Spanish Chicken Breast For 1-Or More
- 1 piece Thawed Chicken Breast
- 1 teaspoon chilli powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 dash Garlic Powder
- Place 1 thawed chicken breast in a pie pan...line with aluminum foil for easier clean up.
- Sprinkle with salt and Garlic powder or granulated Garlic to taste.rnSprinkle with Chili Powder to taste.
- Prepare your favorite Pico De Gallo ahead of time.rnMine is just a fist full of white onion-Cilantro-seeded Roma tomatoes and one Jalapeno pepper seeded.Pop into a food processor and pulse gently...lol
- Pat dry your chicken breast and then dust it with the spices and salt.rnThrow it in the oven at 375 for about 25 min.rnPull it out and cover with your Pico De Gallo.rnI prefer to top mine with the Pico De Gallo before I put it in the oven.rnAdjust your spices for yourself.rnMake more and serve with Spanish rice for a crowd....but so easy.
