Low Cholesterol Dinner Rolls

  1. In large bowl, combine oil, hot water and honey.
  2. In small bowl, combine beaten whites, salt and skim milk.
  3. Soften yeast in warm water.
  4. Add contents of small bowl to large bowl mixture, then add yeast.
  5. Stir in 6 cups of flour; knead until smooth and elastic, adding flour as needed to make dough smooth.
  6. Lightly smooth top of dough with oil.
  7. Cover with cloth; let rise until double in size.
  8. Punch down and shape rolls as desired.
  9. Place on greased cookie sheet.
  10. Let rise until double again.
  11. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes in a 400u0b0 oven.
  12. Makes 4 dozen.
