Grain Free Beef Burgers With The Lot

  1. Combine all the ingredients except for the cheese.
  2. Knead together with your hands, and shape into patties.
  3. Heat some oil in a large skillet and fry patties 5 minutes on each side until they are cooked through.
  4. Cut the onion rolls in half and grill for a few minutes on each side.
  5. Place the patty onto one-half of the burger and garnish with onion relish, bbq sauce, dijonnaise (or whatever other sauces take your fancy) and some slices of havarti cheese.
  6. Place the top of the burger back and enjoy!
  7. Preheat oven to 170u0b0C/330u0b0F.
  8. Line a baking tray with baking paper.
  9. Combine the almond flour with the baking soda, cheddar, salt, pepper, and onions. In another bowl, whisk the butter with the honey and eggs until frothy.
  10. Add the almond flour mixture to the egg mixture and knead together.
  11. With slightly moist hands, form the dough into 6 buns and place onto the lined baking tray.
  12. Trace a cross, across the top of the rolls with a sharp knife and brushrnwith oil.
  13. Place a heatproof dish with water into the bottom of the oven (this will make the rolls nice and crusty).
  14. Bake for about 15 minutes, then turn oven down to 150u0b0C/300u0b0F and bake for another 15 minutes.
  15. The rolls should feel firm and be nicely browned. Take out of the oven and let cool. Refrigerate in an airtight container.
