Chicken And Broccoli

  1. In medium bowl, combine egg white, 3 teaspoons soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well.
  2. Add chicken; stir to coat.
  3. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  4. In large skillet, over high heat, brown chicken in oil; remove.
  5. Add mushrooms; cook and stir until tender.
  6. Add chicken, broccoli and remaining ingredients except rice; heat thoroughly. Serve with rice.
  7. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
