Cheesy Taco Casserole

  1. Brown ground beef and onion.
  2. Place broken chips into a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
  3. Add taco seasoning to drained beef and cook as package says.
  4. Add water and simmer 15 minutes, covered.
  5. Add refried beans, mushrooms and olives and simmer 5 more minutes. Put meat mixture over chips.
  6. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 325u0b0 until cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes.
  7. Serve with chopped lettuce, tomatoes, sour cream and taco sauce.
  8. If you are not going to bake right away, keep mixture hot in the crock-pot so it doesn't dry out.
