Refreshing Fruit Salad

  1. Drain juice off fruits to even 3 cups; may need to add 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water to even the 3 cups.
  2. Put fruits in a bowl and set in refrigerator.
  3. Pour into small saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and add packages of pudding.
  4. Stir constantly until thick.
  5. Pour into a medium size dish or bowl.
  6. Set in refrigerator until cool.
  7. Stir in pineapple, oranges and slices bananas (best to add bananas the day you are serving the fruit salad).
  8. Top with maraschino cherries.
  9. Enjoy!
  10. Great for any occasion.
