Refreshing Fruit Salad
- 1 large can Dole pineapple tidbits
- 1 small pkg. cooking tapioca pudding
- 2 or 3 bananas
- water
- 2 small cans Dole mandarin oranges
- 1 small pkg. cooking vanilla pudding
- 1 jar maraschino cherries
- Drain juice off fruits to even 3 cups; may need to add 1 to 1 1/4 cups of water to even the 3 cups.
- Put fruits in a bowl and set in refrigerator.
- Pour into small saucepan; bring to a boil, reduce heat and add packages of pudding.
- Stir constantly until thick.
- Pour into a medium size dish or bowl.
- Set in refrigerator until cool.
- Stir in pineapple, oranges and slices bananas (best to add bananas the day you are serving the fruit salad).
- Top with maraschino cherries.
- Enjoy!
- Great for any occasion.
