Macaroni And Cheese

  1. In a deep, 2-quart casserole, combine butter and onion. Microwave on High 2 minutes to tender.
  2. Stir in flour, celery salt and pepper.
  3. Microwave 30 seconds.
  4. Stir in milk; microwave 5 to 6 minutes.
  5. Stir 3 times.
  6. Stir in cheese; microwave on High 1 to 2 minutes.
  7. Stir twice.
  8. Stir in macaroni and pimento.
  9. Cover and microwave on High 6 to 8 minutes, stirring once.
  10. Stir in parsley. Top with tomato slices and pepper rings.
  11. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  12. Cover.
  13. Microwave at full power (High) 2 minutes or until pepper and tomato are heated through.
