Spicy Cabbage Rolls

  1. Remove 10 large outer leaves of cabbage; cook in boiling salted water 5 to 8 minutes or until just tender; drain and set aside.
  2. Reserve remaining cabbage for other uses.
  3. Combine next 8 ingredients.
  4. Place equal portions of meat mixture in center of each cabbage leaf.
  5. Fold 2 opposite ends over and place rolls, seam side down, in a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over cabbage rolls.
  6. Cover and bake at 350u0b0 for 1 hour.
  7. Makes 10 servings.
