Spaghetti Pie
- 2 lb. ground beef
- chopped onion
- garlic salt to taste
- oregano to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. spaghetti
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 small cottage cheese
- 1 qt. Ragu sauce
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- Brown ground beef with onion and seasonings; set aside. Cook spaghetti as directed;
- drain.
- Turn
- intot 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
- Beat
- eggs;
- drizzle
- over
- spaghetti.
- Pour butter over top
- and
- sprinkletith
- Parmesan cheese.tpread with cottage cheese.
- Add cooled meat mixture; pour sauce over meat
- layer. Top
- with
- Mozzarella cheese.
- Refrigerate overnight or at least 6 hours.
- Bake in 350u0b0 oven for 1 hour.
