  2. Add remaining muffin ingredients and mix until ingredients are well blended.
  3. Line muffin tin with papers.rnPlace a heaping spoonful of batter into each muffin tin.
  4. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes.
  5. Place all frosting ingredients in a stand mixer and blend until creamy.
  6. Frost each muffin generously.
